Movement Proficiency Training

Movement quality training focusing on skills, postures, breathing, and integration.

Improve how you move.

Broad-Based Performance Training

Full body, functional training to achieve high levels of strength, agility, endurance, and all-around physical performance.

Achieve elite fitness.


Individualized in-person training is scheduled in 4-Session Training Blocks.

$120 per Session, $480 per Block

Approximately 1 hour per session
