My name is Keith Walkiewicz. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Level 2 MovNat Certified Trainer, Human Mechanics Practitioner, and breath-work coach.
I focus on an integrated approach to fitness, teaching natural patterns of movement, with fun and challenging methods.
My programs will help you move your body with confidence, increase your level of fitness, and learn to feel at home in your body.
