Individualized in-person training is scheduled in 4-Session Training Blocks.

$120 per Session, $480 per Block
* $95 per Session, $380 per Block *

Includes travel to location. Approximately 1 hour per session.

Online Coaching

Online Coaching is the best way for us to work together on specific movement skills, exercise practices, and training strategies. You’ll come away from our meetings with a structure or insights that you can implement immediately to move closer to your health and fitness goals.

We’ll meet for up to 60 minutes via video chat, and the cost is $90 $55 per session. I’ll provide follow-up recaps as needed with a followup email. We’ll also nail down a focus prior to the first consultation.
